The Solution

The flow of groundwater under the building generates an electric current in the walls, measurable in 50-300 mv, which draws the water upwards. The rising damp together with some contributing factors, such as the salinity due to the transfer of mineral salts from the ground and present in the materials of the walls, lead to the degradation of the surface.
After
Dry Up restores the natural balance in the electric charges present in the wall, acting on electrophysical phenomena due to rising damp. An hour after the installation there is already a decrease in the difference in electrical potential in the wall. The water stops the climb upwards and, thanks to the Earth's gravity, returns to the ground, evaporation disappears, and the wall remains without moisture.

Atena's Dry Up is programmed to be placed in buildings that suffer from the pathology and to ac simultaneously on different floors. Only one device can operate on a building with ground floor area of maximum size of 3.000 m².

Wall drying: the difference in electric potential
The sophisticated programming of Atena's Dry Up allows it to act simultaneously on the volumes of water present in the walls, reorganizing the coherence domains of the water itself. In this way the device substantially modifies the bioelectric field that had previously developed abnormally. Consequently, there is a marked decrease in the surface tension of the water, a decrease that makes it possible to facilitate the descent of the liquid towards the ground by exploiting the force of gravity.
